3 Rounds Selection Process

Round 1 - Self Presentation Video Contest
03/25/2022 12:00 AM PST - 05/01/2022 11:59 PM PST

Submissions accepted from 03/25/2022 12:00 AM PST till 04/29/2022 11:59 PM PST.

Submit up to sixty (60) seconds self-presentation video telling why are you the best candidate and why do you want to be a Team Pilot to compete in the Jet 1 Cup Championship.

Voting will open from 04/04/2022 12:00 AM PST till 05/01/2022 11:59 PM PST.

10 contestants who will have more public votes will be selected for a Round 2.

Round 2 - Zoom Interview with team management, media, and sponsors

05/02/2022 12:00 AM PST - 05/08/2022 11:59 PM PST

During Round 2, selected 10 candidates will meet with team management, media, and sponsors for an interview and personality assessment.

5 Candidates will be selected for a Round 3.

Round 3 - Final In-Person Assessment (Camarillo, CA)
TBD - estimated within 2 weeks from 05/09/2022

During Round 3, selected 5 candidates will be invited to Camarillo CA for In-Person initiation to L-39 Albatross Jet, maneuvers on L-39 Albatross, and final debrief.

We will broadcast Round 3 via media channels for our followers to be part of the selection process.

2 best candidates will be offered to sign a 3 years contract for a Jet1Cup Daring Jet Team pilot position to compete in the fighter jet air-to-air combat world championship.

The contract is $120K for a season plus a potential of $600K bonuses.
